Brand new washer machine not even two years old the motor blew. The water doesn't fill up enough in the clothes don't even get clean.

What a POC

This is the worst wash machine i have ever owned. I have replaced the motor once already and about 6 months later this new motor is broke. Probably the last GE appliance I will ever purchase. The new motor's led is flashing 7 times meaning lid switch, however when i test the lid switch with an ohm meter it is fine. Cannot reset the motor either using the open and close lid method. NEVER AGAIN GE!!!!

Worst Washer I Have Ever Purchased

This machine is, without a doubt, the worst washing machine I have ever owned. Clothes do not get clean, nor do they rinse completely. Loads are often off balance during the spin cycle. In order to get a halfway decent wash/rinse, you have to run every cycle on Extra Heavy, Auto Soak, and Extra Rinse; which completely negates the energy saving purpose of this machine and it™€™s inadequate agitator. This will be the last GE appliance I purchase.

Had to replace in less than 3 years

I've owned this machine for a little less that 3 years. I had to have it repaired once within the first year. Now I have to replace it. Over time the weight of wet clothing, towels and blankets caused the drum to drop and metal is hitting metal when it spins. Really liked the idea of not having an agitator taking up space but it didn't help if washing blankets and comforters killed the machine. I liked the machine in the beginning but to have to replace it so soon was not worth it.

So noisy it is emabarrassing!

This washer is so loud and squeaky, cant use it if people are sleeping or if company is over. Terrible! I wouldn't recommend it just based on the noise alone. I bought a new home and the development company, thought they were doing us a great favor by providing is with this CHEAP washer as a discount on our purchase price.
