Do not buy this. The washer stopped spinning after 5 years and to fix it would cost as much as a new machine so I'm throwing it away and buying a new one (not GE of course).

This product is the worse! Had this machine since 2015 now it stops spinning, does not fill with water and now the bearings are loose the tub doesn't spin.The machine cuts off in the middle of the cycle pauses and shuts off does not fill the machine with enough water to wash your clothes.

I've only had it about 3-4 years and the bearings are shot. It makes a loud noise on spin cycle and leaks water. Our home warranty picked this when our last washer broke. Also it never really got our clothes super clean. I won't be buying it again.

I got all GE appliances with the purchase of my Lennar home about two years ago. They must be the lowest tier offered because within those two years the freezer on the GE refrigerator broke. It was fixed once under warranty but is acting up again. The handle broke off of the microwave once under warranty and now broken again. The wash has been finicky ever since day one and now won™™t wash. GE used to mean quality but to me means junk. Never again will I buy or recommend GE anything.

We have had our washer and dryer barely two years and keep having considerable problems with the washing machine. Now it has died and apparently needs a motor (after paying another service guy to find out what is wrong); which is on backorder for over three months. what am I supposed to do now? I could barely afford these when I bought them apparently NEW... sure doesn't feel like that.... :(

This is the best washer I have ever owned. It is easy to make adjustments for different types of loads and it cleans very effectively. I would definitely purchase this washer again and I will be moving it to my next home.

Cleaned pump filter often, was installed over a year ago (so warranty doesn't cover it anymore) but we never used it the entire time because the house was under renovation and we hadn't moved in yet.

This washer does a pretty good job washing clothes but you can't hear yourself think when it is running. Squeaky and irritating even when the laundry door is closed. This washer was installed by the builder.

I hate the fact that it does not clean linen and blankets, which makes me think it does not clean the other laundry because it does not give the correct amount of water. I noticed some clothes still had a dry area when they were rinsing.

Really pleased with the front loading washer! Ours is on the second floor, so when it spins it's a bit loud, but that's because it is powerful. It really wrings out the water so my clothes don't take forever to dry. Easy to use, clothes are clean!

I read review before buying this washer, some complained that clothes came out very dry, felt uncertain if they were washed clean. My washer does a great job cleaning, and removing water very well which help with the drying time. Love it.

I had the machine installed yesterday and ran it through a cycle today. The low water usage was fantastic, was not sure there was water in the drum. It was quite even during the highest spin level with minimal vibration. Looking forward to buying the matching dryer unless GE wants to send me one to product test.

I bought this recently to replace a similar GE machine that worked fine for six years, then had a rear bearing issue. Other than the short life span of the first machine, delivery delays and extra installation costs of the new one, I am basically satisfied.
